Overview of the 2018 Toyota Sienna LE

It hasn’t been fully redesigned since the 2011 model year, but the Toyota Sienna is still a competitive minivan thanks to gradual improvements made over the last several years. For 2018, the Sienna updates continue with a face-lift on the outside and significant technology upgrades on the inside.

Like many other Toyota models, all 2018 Siennas will come standard with the Toyota Safety Sense Plus (TSS-P) array of safety technology.

What’s new this year for the 2018 Toyota Siena?

For 2018, Toyota has fitted a new nose that brings its preeminent people mover’s styling more in line with the rest of the brand’s lineup. Noticeable changes include larger and reshaped grille openings. All Sienna models now get the flared side sills that were previously reserved for the sportier SE variant. More important, though, is the addition of a host of new safety and technology features. Every Sienna now comes standard with automated emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, a lane-departure warning system that can automatically steer the van back into its lane, and automatic high-beam headlights.

Although the Sienna is one of the best-selling minivans on the market, it’s not the only minivan we think you should consider for 2018. Check out the Honda Odyssey to see how it compares with its own set of attractive features and specs.
